The exhibition Points of View takes guests on a journey through the Icelandic visual world of past and present. Artifacts and works of art from the varied collections of six institutions provide a reflection of Iceland’s visual art history and cultural heritage. The seven different exhibition rooms create a whole which reflects Iceland’s history, nature, and culture.
The exhibition is a collaborative project of the following institutions: The National and University Library of Iceland, The Icelandic Museum of Natural History, The National Gallery of Iceland, The Árni Magnússon Institute for Icelandic Studies, The National Archives of Iceland, and The National Museum of Iceland.
