The Reykjavík Zoo and Family park is a fun day out of for families, offering both domestic animals as well as a theme park. Open every day of the year, the main focus of the zoo is on Icelandic domestic animals as well as several wild native species, reptiles, seals, and more. During the summer the Family Park offers miniature car rides as well as other activities such as miniature boat racing, shooting competitions, and various other outdoor activities.
